Brief and bar-setting

A 30-45 minute call. We capture the stack, the must-haves, the deal-breakers, the time-zone window, the salary band in AED or USD, and whether remote / hybrid / on-site is fine. You get a written brief back to confirm.

Targeted shortlist

We approach our network and active candidates, screen technically and culturally, vet right-to-work and relocation status, and rank. You get a tight, qualified shortlist with our notes on each candidate.

Offer, visa and onboarding

We manage counter-offer pressure, notice-period coordination, UAE visa and attestation timing for relocations, and the start-date logistics. We check in on day 7, 30 and 90.

Questions UAE employers ask before working with us.

Can we hire fully remote, or do we need someone in the UAE?
Both work. We can place fully remote engineers, designers, marketers and operators working from anywhere with reasonable GST overlap. We can also relocate candidates into Dubai, Abu Dhabi or any other Emirate with full visa and attestation support. We will recommend the right model on the brief call.
How quickly can you deliver a shortlist?
Most IT and digital briefs receive their first vetted shortlist within 5-7 working days. Niche or senior roles (staff-plus engineering, heads of data, security leadership) may take a fortnight, but we will tell you upfront. We never sit on a brief.
How do you screen for remote-work fit?
We test for asynchronous discipline, written English, time-zone overlap with GST, prior remote experience, and the home-office setup (connectivity, workspace, quiet hours). For engineering roles we also check GitHub / portfolio and a structured technical conversation.
Do you handle UAE visa and relocation logistics?
Yes. For relocation hires we coordinate timing with your PRO or in-house HR, sequence attestation, brief candidates on Emirates ID, medical and Ejari realities, and keep the offer warm through the wait. We do not act as the visa sponsor ourselves, but we make sure your team isn't blind-sided by the timeline.
What countries do you source from?
For remote roles, globally. For relocation candidates the most common source markets are India, Pakistan, the Philippines, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Tunisia, Morocco, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa, Ukraine, Poland, Romania, and the wider Eastern Europe / MENA region. We follow the candidate, not the postcode.
Are your fees percentage-based?
For permanent placements, yes. We work on a percentage of first-year base salary, agreed in writing before any candidate is introduced. We can also structure flat-fee arrangements for high-volume IT campaigns or recurring senior briefs.
What if the hire doesn't work out?
Every permanent placement carries a free replacement period. If the hire leaves or is dismissed within the agreed window, we re-run the search at no charge. The window is usually 8-12 weeks, longer for senior or relocation hires.
What information do you need to start a search?
A job description (or rough notes), the stack or skill set, salary band in AED or USD, time-zone window, whether remote / hybrid / on-site is acceptable, target start date, and one decision-maker we can speak to. We can build the rest of the brief on a 30-45 minute call.
